Any Progress on my Fitness?
To put this bluntly NO..why? because I have allowed myself to be overwhelemed by comfort eating, back pain fibromyalgia pain and depression. Is this enough to turn on the procrastination tap? There I’ve said it. I am not a perfect person, and like so many people, I start out with enthusiasm, and can end up taking a backward step as most would call it. I look at it, that each time this happens to me, it makes me stronger within. Adversities are a part of life, and at times I’m slow at dodging the bullets.
I’m not sure if I had mentioned before, that I have fractured my lower back in 3 places, and have a bulging disc, leaning to what the chiropractor terms as (prosterior) which when inflamation sets in spasmodically, it can press against my spianl chord causing me intense pain.
I don’t use strong painkillers, but a special blend of chinese herbal oil derived completely from herbs, has a beautiful aroma, helps my pain, using very little. I cannot actually give you the name of this little bottle of aromatic magic, but I have taken a photo, so you can take it in to a Chinese practitoner, a massage clinic and ask them for it there, I paid $20 for 24mls. I recomend this for any type of body pain. I then just take either Osteo Panadol or ordinary Pannamx, along with Alpha, in meditation, and Reiki healing, and I leave it there..ow and my hot water bottle and if you have a wheat pack that works too, I burned my last one up in the microwave heating it, and ended up with a huge burn in the middle. Once that happens you chuck it away.
I now make my own heat packs out of rice, so if Lucifer calls around again I can just make up another one. Stay Tuned and I’ll show you how to make you own simple heat packs. Well as you probably know I’ve brought the AnimalFlowWorkout programe, and its waiting for me to take it seriously. Im not up to taking this on right now, so if your a tad like me, suffering either injuries, or an auto immune disease, chronic pain, you’d better start off like Im going to, before going into a challenging form of excersice head long. Im the most unfit woman in Queesnland..right now in time!
I will have to resort to doing exercises on my bed, as a warm up before starting my actual Animal Flow WorkOuts, as its similar to exercising in water, even the floor is too hard for me presently, but I’m determined not to allow my condition to stop me, getting right back into fabulous shape again..gosh how many times have I done this? getting up and dusting myself off after letting myself go for a year or two
Build your Strength Lying Down
Keeping fit and then letting it go, is no stranger to me, as I’ve done this consistently throughout my whole life, due to crippling bouts of depression. As I’m older these days and have some health issues, it takes me alot longer to regain my fitness level. But none of these things should stop you being the best you can be at any given stage in your life.I will show you at a later date, exacxtly how you can start to build and regain your strength if you have been bed ridden for sometime, or you suffer depression at a physically debilitating level, and its drains your body. I have to do this, before I start my AnimlFlowWorkOut.
